Our History
Orchards of London was founded by Paul Connolly and Joe Murphy and began trading in June 2009 from the front room of Paul’s home in Acton whilst they sought to secure their first office in Ealing.
Both Paul and Joe had operated successfully in estate agency and financial services for several years in the West London area and decided that setting up their own business was the ideal opportunity to turn their beliefs and views on delivering quality service into reality.
After initially concentrating on Residential Lettings only the doors to the office showroom opposite Ealing Common Station opened in December 2009 and this provided the platform from which to launch Residential Sales and grow the Residential Lettings business further.
Despite the market being regarded as challenging, the team at Orchards of London have built an enviable reputation for getting superb results for their clients and a market share that sets them amongst the leading agents in the West London area.

The highly motivated and professional team has grown with the business and several of the staff have seen their careers progress rapidly based on their commitment and performance.
Further information on the Orchards of London team can be found here.

As well as an eye catching showroom office in a prominent location in Ealing, Orchards of London are recognised by their distinctive boards and their unique fleet of Figaro cars, all decked out in the company livery.
The cars can be seen all over West London as the busy Sales and Lettings teams accompany viewings and carry out appraisals on properties both large and small.
With plans to grow the business further the next chapter in the story of Orchards of London is about to be written...
