Tom grew up on a fruit farm in Kent, before moving to Bournemouth to study at university where he gained a BA in Leisure Marketing.
He joined Orchards of London in 2018 having been in estate agency and specifically lettings and property management since 2007. Before that he worked for Virgin Megastores for nine years and still has a claim to fame of being able to recite the track listings on “Now that’s what I call music” compilation albums!
Tom’s experience in ensuring that tenancies are managed proactively and positively, works to the benefit of landlords and tenants alike and the large volumes of tenancies that successfully renew, coupled with the prompt resolution of any issues that may arise, provides landlord clients with the maximum return on their investment.
Tom has lived in West London for over 15 years and currently resides in Brentford.
